On Monday, April 7, Pentafon participated in Voces que Inspiran, a forum organized by BBVA that brought together women leaders from the industry to reflect on the impact of female leadership and gender equity in the digital transformation of Customer Experience (CX).
Irasema Sánchez, Pentafon’s Director of Operations, joined Roxana Pérez Hernández, Director of BBVA’s Contact Center, in a panel titled:
“How Is CX Evolving in a Landscape of Equity and Career Growth?”
The discussion addressed the challenges women face in the CX industry and the opportunities that emerge when organizations foster inclusive, equitable, and collaborative leadership cultures. Irasema shared her experience leading high-performance teams in one of Mexico’s most dynamic sectors, emphasizing how diverse thinking and active female participation enhance service quality, strengthen customer relationships, and accelerate digital transformation in contact centers.
The forum also highlighted best practices redefining the role of women in operational and strategic areas—from talent management to innovation in customer channels.
At Pentafon, we celebrate and support the work of women like Irasema who are paving the way and making a positive impact on their teams, their companies, and the industry.
We thank Roxana Pérez and the BBVA team for creating spaces that inspire, connect, and elevate the role of women in the evolution of CX.
