Pentafon was recognized with the LATAM Award for “Best Organizations for Customer Interaction” for having the “Best Human Capital Management in Latin America” during CRIC 2022, an event organized by the Latin American Alliance of Organizations for Customer Interaction (ALOIC), held on June 9 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Companies such as Telefónica, American Express, and Samsung also participated in this event.
The LATAM Award for “Best Organizations for Customer Interaction” is an annual recognition created to highlight and identify excellence among the top customer relationship companies. It currently includes Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and Paraguay, which are responsible for designing, organizing, coordinating, executing, and recognizing companies worthy of this distinction.
The award’s mission is to promote the recognition of best practices in customer interaction across Latin America, allowing organizations previously recognized in their home countries to stand out and be acknowledged regionally.
To participate in the LATAM Award, a company must first be recognized as the best in its country in one of the award categories.

The judging panel is composed of the president and vice presidents of ALOIC, along with two thought leaders from each participating country. The jury reviews the information submitted by each company, validates that it meets the evaluation criteria, and selects the winners in each category through a voting process.
