GPTW once again recognizes Pentafon as the best contact center

Pentafon ranked among the Best Places to Work for its strong culture, trust, and employee experience.

Pentafon was selected as the Best Contact Center to Work For, ranking No. 64 in the “500 to 5000 employees” category of Mexico’s most important national ranking: “The Best Places to Work in Mexico 2023.”

This ranking was presented during the GPTW Summit 2023, organized by Great Place to Work®, which includes 200 companies divided into five categories based on employee count. This edition took place on June 8 at the Citibanamex Center in Mexico City.

This is an outstanding achievement that translates into better service for Pentafon’s clients and, combined with other recognitions received throughout the year, solidifies Pentafon as one of the top World-Class companies.
