As a result of the ongoing pandemic, many organizations were forced to halt operations, while others in essential industries had to adapt and invest in various measures to ensure employee safety and operational continuity.
At Pentafon, strong protocols and measures were established to protect employee health, representing an investment of over 4 million pesos per month. These measures include:
Migrating over 1,200 employees to a work-from-home model, maintaining the same quality and security as in the contact center
Sending more than 180 vulnerable employees home with full pay
Doubling the physical capacity of contact centers to maintain social distancing, leaving 50% of workstations unoccupied
Establishing hygiene and control checkpoints with full supplies at all entry points
Hiring over 25 health specialists and doubling the number of medical offices to ensure employee care
Doubling the cleaning staff to keep all common areas sanitized 24/7, with weekly sanitization of all facilities
