Some additional information in one line

With the mission of enhancing the capabilities of public and private organizations in customer interaction, the IMT developed the Global CIC Model 2.0, a certification framework that includes a set of standards considered international best practices in the industry.

The Global CIC Model (MGCIC) includes four certification levels that help identify an organization’s maturity, define its operational or strategic approach, and assess its alignment with the voice of the customer.

This past year, Pentafon achieved Level 4 certification, which indicates that the organization is in a phase of continuous improvement and innovation, with a clearly defined strategic direction and customer-focused alignment.

Pentafon met several key criteria to be included in this standard, including:

  • Implementation of controls across all departments

  • Standardization of information security processes

  • Deployment of continuous training programs

  • Execution of corporate social responsibility initiatives

  • Ongoing improvements in technology and innovation
